[LM_NET] Retirement Poem

I was wondering if any of you very gifted persons out there would be
able to help me with this one.  A Teacher from our school is retiring at
the end of this school year, and each one of the staff members has been
instructed to make a page for her in a book.  I have been looking at
poetry, but all the poems that I have read thus far seem, well,"cheesy",
(a phrase from my children's vocabulary).  Does anyone out there have a
nice poem about retiring?  

This teacher is our French Language teacher, who is of Italian heritage,
and loves to travel to Europe, and has many times, to both Italy and
France. And because of the shortage of space in our school, her and I
for the past 2 years shared my very crowded messy space in the library.
Which has made it just that much more crowded and messier.

Someone please help.
