[LM_NET] Tar: Mid: Literary Magazine

Do any of you participate in the creation of a literary magazine for your students? 
 If so, which software do you use for the layout?  How do you determine which 
submissions to print?  When is your deadline for accepting submissions?  I am 
interested in starting one at our school but have to do some research to get an 
idea of the time and financial commitment.  Thanks for any help!  Lisa
