[LM_NET] TAR: Interactive Webpage Features

Hello,
 
I'm looking for ways to make our library webpage more interactive and responsive to 
the needs of students, staff and parents.  We have a blog and an Ask a Librarian 
feature.  What other features do you have on your webpage that allow patrons to 
interact and allow you to be more responsive to your patron's needs?
