Hi, I was hired in January as an elementary school media specialist, so I am in the process of earning an MLS. Our school is on a fixed schedule, and I see 800 students every week - kindergarten through fifth grade. It has been tough coming up with lesson plans. Does anyone have any suggestions where I might look for lesson ideas - some Internet sites, books, magazines, etc.? Or maybe someone could share some ideas? The post about "New media specialist seeks advice" really helped me a lot! I have only taken one Library Science course and am in the process of taking two more courses, so I have an awful lot to learn! Thanks, in advance, for any advice or help.
