[LM_NET] Tar: SEC Puritan/Witchcraft/McCarthyism

The 11th grade English teacher at my school is getting ready to teach *The
Crucible* and would like the students to understand more about the
background. She asked me to help her find resources about Puritanism,
witchcraft use in Europe and early colonial America, and the era
of McCarthyism. I have one or two books that cover McCarthyism and the
Puritans but not much on witchcraft. Any online resources that anyone can
recommend?
