I already have formulated my opinion on this but want to ask the collective mind to see if I'm on target. I have been asked three times in the last week if staff can show video in their classrooms that they have purchased off of the itunes store and now have on their ipods or laptops. I couldn't find anything in the faq, copyright, or any of their agreement sections that specifically address this. My answer was that if they are following the "fair use" guidelines, and since they have a legally obtained copy I said it would be OK to show it. . . what do you think?
