Lemon Ice Cream



2 C milk

2 C cream

2 C sugar

Lemon juice from 4 lemons (3/4 of C  or 12 T)

1 lemon rind, grated

Combine the milk and cream and mix in the sugar, stirring until it dissolves. Using 
a wire whisk, slowly stir the lemon juice into the cream mixture. Freeze the 
mixture about 10 minutes, then add grated lemon rind. Continue freezing until the 
ice cream is ready. Be sure to add the lemon juice slowly and stir vigorously!
