[LM_NET] Recipe: Avocado Tomato and Feta Appetizer

Recipe: Avocado, Tomato & Feta appetizer

 

2 avocado

4 Roma Tomatoes

1 small red onion

1 bunch cilantro

4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

¼ c olive oil

1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar

1  tsp ground cumin

1 tsp kosher salt

 

Chop first 4 ingredients  and put in bowl. Add next 5 ingredients and mix until 
combined. Chill. Serve with pita wedges.
