Lamb-burgers

 

Per one pound of ground lamb

 

1 pound ground lamb

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons shredded Romano cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 egg

1 slice bread (I usually grind the bread in my little chopper)

 

Mix together and form into burgers. Best if grilled on a barbeque, as
lamb tends to have a fair amount of fat.

 

This recipe is a family favorite, and a favorite of my 19-year-old son's
friends. I've seen 7 teenage boys go through 20 half pound burgers at a
sitting.
