[LM_NET] RECIPE: Grape Salad

Grape Delight
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
½ c. sugar
½ t. vanilla
2-3 lbs. seedless grapes(any combination), washed and left whole
 
Topping:
1 c. unsalted pecans, chopped
1 c. brown sugar
 
Roast pecans in a 200º oven for 20 minutes.  Set aside to cool.  Add cooled pecans 
to brown sugar. 
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla, stir until smooth.  Fold in 
grapes.  Spoon into 
9"x13" pan.  Sprinkle topping evenly over grape mixture.  Refrigerate until ready 
to use.
