Baked brie is a big hit around here. Take a round of brie cheese. I usually trim
off the casings, but some of my friends leave it on. Put it on a small baking dish
with brown sugar on top and some pecans or almonds (or leave the nuts off if you
have allergy issues with anyone) Serve it with bread or crackers or apple slices.
Very quick and easy
Hot bean dip - I have a couple of small crock pots that I use for appetizers. Heat
some refried beans, salsa to taste, and cheese, then transfer to the crock pot.
Artichoke dip
Mix one cup mayo
1 cup grate parmesean cheese
2 cups grated parmesean
2 8oz cans artichoke hearts chopped
2 t garlic powder
sprinkle with paprika
bake at 350 for 25 min
