[LM_NET] FW: Terms of Service for Tikatok

Yesterday I alerted you to the Terms and Conditions of some websites, in particular 
Tikatok.  Today
I have received this message following my correspondence with them ...

Dear Barbara,

Thank you for your message and your concern.

We are in the process of updating our User Agreement to reflect that authors
will own all original materials that they submit to Tikatok. Tikatok will
own any underlying Tikatok templates that are used by the author while on
www.tikatok.com, as well as any other content that is licensed from third
parties by Tikatok.

I have said that I will share this with the 20 000 people who are members of these 
lists.

I urge you to read the T&C carefully before signing on to any service and if you 
find anomalies that
are dodgy at best and illegal at worst, write to them and alert them. You may 
achieve something for
us all.
