[LM_NET] TAR: Headphones (with and without microphones)

The headphones in the library need to be replaced.  Ideally, there would be
several sets without microphones and a couple of sets with microphones.

For those among the Great Brain who have recently purchased headphones, did
you have any leading candidates, and which did you buy?  Do you also have
headsets that do not have microphones?   There were a few headsets purchased
for the Special Ed department, but they are typically in use when other
classes need them. They purchased Logitech® ClearChat Pro USB, which retails
for $49.99, but can often be purchased for approximateily $36 (via Amazon or
other retailers).  These are nice, but I would also like some other options.
