[LM_NET] TAR, SECONDARY: WilsonWeb Omni FT Select

I'd like any comments you may have about WilsonWeb's Omni FT Select, which
I'm considering for my MS/HS library. Any comparisons you may have to
other magazine databases is much appreciated.
