[LM_NET] YALSA response to Carnegie report on adolescent literacy

Recently, the Carnegie Corporation of New York released a new report on
improving adolescent literacy, Time to Act: An Agenda for Advancing
Literacy for College and Career Success, available online at

YALSA President Linda W. Braun responded to Carnegie with a letter,
