Often the URL you send breaks into segments in transmission and the receiver needs to copy and paste it rather than being able to click on it. And this happens no matter how many times you send your message. Knowing that TinyURL and similar services are blocked by many, a friend has shown that if you enclose the url with < and > it does not break and remains clickable. Here is an example ... This will probably break http://books.google.com/books?id=Ry91PgAACAAJ&dq=australian+backyard+explorer But enclosed it will stay together. <http://books.google.com/books?id=Ry91PgAACAAJ&dq=australian+backyard+explorer> Just something to tuck away, and perhaps prevent multiple messages and frustration..
