[LM_NET] TAR: favorite picture books with music CDs

The discussion of how to manage book/cd sets has been interesting. I just 
got a request from our music teacher (K-5) for good pictures books with cds 
that include music, rather than just the text being read on cd. Do you have 
any favorites to share? This should be a nice HIT.
