[LM_NET] Follow Up: Sick leave

Wow, getting lots of responses thanks.

Part of the problem is that some of us are not missing due to a sore throat,
some of us are missing because we HAVE to have periodic checkups due to
health problems. Our doctors are an hour away so we at least have to take
1/2 day.
