[LM_NET] College Readiness Standards Aligned with AASL Standards?

Hello all,
 
Our school is undergoing a major curriculum revision starting with Freshman year, 
aligning the curriculum with ACT's College Readiness Standards and our state 
standards. 
 
I would like to align CRS to AASL's Standards for the 21st-Century Learner.  Has 
anyone done work in this area or can you direct me to someone who has?
