Hi folks,
I'm struggling here--maybe because this request is too broad. My
language arts teachers are looking for multicultural or "diverse"
fiction (but also historical) where people of different cultures,
ethnicities, or religions are somehow excluded or targeted. They're
currently using Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry but want to branch out.
So far, I've found Weedflower by Cynthia Kadohata, and Yankee Girl by
Mary Ann Rodman.
Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated and I will post a hit.
