Re: [LM_NET] HIT: library stimulus money

I was under the impression that each state department of education used their 
stimulus (America Recovery and Re-investment At of 2009) money as they saw fit. In 
New Jersey the money was used for a one time increase to Title 1 and Individuals 
with Disability Education Act (IDEA) programs as well as pre-school programs.
