[LM_NET] GEN: library staff time study

I'm looking for the article I remember from 2 or 3 years ago related to library 
staff time/spent on what tasks.

It was a model of recording the variety of activities that library staff did in the 
course of a day (and then many days) to use for advocating library aide help - or 
at least that's how I was intending to use it.  Does this sound familiar?   I 
searched the SLJ site, but must not be using the correct search terms and/or it 
didn't come from that source.
