[LM_NET] HP Printer

Do any of you use a HP color laserjet 5500?

I was blessed with one when I started at my school six years ago and it’s
been really great...up until this year. Now it keeps saying it needs
attention and will not print even a single sheet efficiently. I have to go
pull the paper out, put it back in and let it start up again….SEVERAL TIMES
before it will finally cycle the paper through.

I asked the front office if we had a service contract and they said they’ve
been having the same problem for years.

I can’t believe there is no way to get these things from stopping all the
time and I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and solved it. If
