[LM_NET] George Littlechild's THIS LAND IS MY LAND

George Littlechild, a writer/artist who is Plains Cree (First Nations), gave us 
THIS LAND IS MY LAND in 1993. Do you have a copy of it? It is an astounding picture 
book that can be used at many grade levels. I wrote about it today, and hope that 
if you don't already have it, that you order it. 

With "Native American Month" coming up (November), it'll be enormously useful to 
teachers and librarians who are interested in more than the usual (and flawed) 
"First Thanksgiving" approach to including Native peoples in the curriculum.
