[LM_NET] TARGET: Tech/Troubleshooting HP Color Laserjet 3500

Good morning.  My wonderful (until now) laser printer is now telling me that
the print cartridges are not engaged.  I went through the HP website, and
did all the suggested things, with no change.  I think the cartridges ARE
engaged, but the computer chip is sending the wrong message.  Anyone else
have this problem?  If so, please let me know how you fixed it.  I'm trying
to save my boss a $150 repair visit, so any help is greatly appreciated.
