[LM_NET] TR and his times

Maybe one of you can help me. I have been looking to buy a copy of this
video for two years. Here is all the information I can find, usually
from library catalogs which hold it:

            TR and his times, Part 2 in the series A Walk through the
20th century with Bill Moyers, which had 18 parts originally. Put out in
1983 (some say 1984), VHS, by PBS Home Video. 58 minutes long.

 

I have searched on Google and Amazon and Turner Classics and am stumped.
I can find other titles in the series, but not this one. It appears that
a DVD was made of some parts of the series and this section was not in
the DVD or else was re-named so as to be unrecognizable. But if anyone
has a better place to look I would be ecstatic! Or if you are weeding it
and would sell/give it to me either! I can't afford a fortune but am
willing to pay a reasonable price.
