[LM_NET] OT: scholarship or grant info for cosmetology school

My 23 yo daughter has decided she wants to go to cosmetology school and has no 
money to do so (nor do we!) and no job at the moment. Can anyone suggest some 
places she could look for financial help? She already has a school loan and would 
rather not take out any more.
