[LM_NET] cataloging downloaded audiobooks

I'm thinking of moving away from playaways to downloaded books and mp3 players.  If 
you use downloaded audiobooks, how do you catalog them?  I know that I can  put my 
itunes stuff on more than one ipod, have you found that to be the case with the 
downloaded books too?  I have some ideas of how I want to handle this but thought 
I'd check to see what people are already doing in case there is something I'm not 
thinking of.
