[LM_NET] TAR: Book title for picture book about a quill pen...

Dear Respected Collective Brain, 

I received a phone call this morning from a patron who is seeking a book that she 
bought for her daughter who is now in college. She bought the book at a Scholastic 
Book Fair, but I haven't been able to locate it through their website, and I think 
it is OOP. It is not _The Boy Who Loved to Draw: Benjamin West_, unfortunately. 

The patron stated that the quill pen goes crazy, and creates all kinds of fanciful 
images. The images are haphazardly drawn, and the book is altogether a very fun 
whimsical read. Also, the ink spills and becomes a monster in the end of the book.
