Hi netters

Despite the humorous subject line we really are in need of a traditional Louisiana 
Gumbo soup
recipe.

The recipes in books like Stephanie Alexander etc are not the 'true blue' so to 
speak.

Apparently to get that you have to go to the source but that's a bit tricky from 
Victoria.

So any clues or assistance would be fabulous.
