[LM_NET] MIDDLE: Journal Validity

Greetings Great Minds!

I have a teacher who is looking for some sort of validity test that his students 
can use when looking at journals and other print sources.  It needs to show that 
the author has the knowledge and/or skills to write on that subject and the 
information is correct.
