[LM_NET] TAR:scene from a movie or book

I am vaguely recalling a scene I read or saw in a movie.  If this sounds
familiar to you, please e-mail me off list:

A person is caught in a blinding snow storm.  He/she comes upon a farm
animal, either a horse or cow.  In order to stay warm, he/she guts the
animal and stays inside its body cavity until the storm has passed.  I
think someone finds the animal the next day and believes it is
possessed.
