[LM_NET] OT: youtube in other languages

I had a Japanese exchange student living with me and using my  
computer.  Now that she has left I have discovered that YouTube comes  
up in Japanese - the videos obviously are not but all the writing on  
the page is.  Does anyone know how to change it back to English?
