A few years ago when I was in a middle school in Las Vegas I got a book returned in the mail from Hawaii. Not only had it been the book that traveled farthest, but also the one that had been checked out the longest. It had been out for decades according to the date stamp inside on the card pocket, and didn't have a barcode or anything that current copies had on them. Also, there was no return address or explaination. Apparently the former student just needed to "make things right." "Knowledge is of two kinds. We know a subject ourselves, or we know where we can find information upon it."
