I am interested also. I am at a K-5 school. We were pen pals last year (the old
fashioned kind--writing letters) with a group of students in Sweden. It was great
fun. I hope some lasting friendships were made. The children were very excited
with this project. Please keep me informed as well.
Linda

I would love to hear more about this too. We are also an IB school and I think it
would be great for our students to connect with other students around the country
and the world. What a great experience for them!

Being in Belgrade, Serbia, I am very interested in this idea, but told David
that my admin is nervous about the "uncontrolled" nature of this kind of
communication.

We are an International Baccalaureate World School with *"aims to develop
inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better
and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect".*

An international "Open Mic" creates an environment for some great
intercultural understanding!

*PLEASE* share all of your ongoing experiences on the LM-NET with this idea
(the good and the bad).

Thanks,
Jennie
