[LM_NET] GEN: Libraries Are Cool

This student and LMS-created "Freeze-N-Read" campaign was sent to me 
this morning via the Teacher Librarian Ning by a former student, 
Katherine Adams, of Lee County, FL.  It's an effort to promote both 
libraries and reading.
