What are the laws concerning duplication of audiobooks? We have an ongoing debate with the Special Education Department. Students in this area often use audiobooks because they need a special accommodation. The Special Ed Dept. wants to copy all available audiobooks and have them available digitally on demand for students. Can anyone clarify the law for me??? Carole A.
