[LM_NET] TECH: changing wallpaper

Hello collective brain,
Does anyone know how to remove an item that a student set as wallpaper on a 
desktop? It appears only with our generic student log on. The display option in the 
control panel is blocked with this log on so I'm not sure how the student put the 
picture there. I don't have administrative rights and it will take forever before a 
tech person gets here to fix it so I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove 
this.
