[LM_NET] Urgent - Help with online databases/ resources

I have seen all you wonderful librarians out there rally at short notice and hope 
you will be willing and able again.

My administration is asking me  "what online resources would be useful/necessary?"  
and "how much do they cost?"  Here in Pennsylvania, because of State budget cuts,  
we lost most of PowerLibrary resources - Ebscohost,  Sirs Discoverer -  which came 
to us through the State Library Association and I haven't yet even dreamed of 
paying for databases and on-line resources  (encyclopedias?)   Until now.  

Can anyone give me information on these or other/better databases and their cost?

I need to give her a response by 3:30 on Monday.
