[LM_NET] TAR: AR Permission Slip for Web Based Quizzing?

Dear LM_Net,

Our school will begin using the web-based version of Accelerated Reader next
year at our middle school. For those of you using this version of AR, I'm
wondering if you require parents to sign a permission slip that allows their
child's information to be on the AR website. If so, is this done in order to
meet CIPA requirements?
