[LM_NET] TECH: feedback on L4U?

Do any of you use L4U as your circulation software?  We switched to
them this year and have been experiencing frequent crashes and
slowdowns of the system.  Have any of you experienced anything
similar?  If so, were you able to resolve them? How?
