My school wants to put a video on the school website, using 10-20 seconds of a song for which we do NOT have permission. I say it's copyright infringement, since it's not for educational purposes. Someone else thinks the "30 second" rule applies, (though is there really a 30 second rule? I don't think so.) Any copyright gurus have a thought on this? Thanks!
