Hello All, I'm a library student working on an assignment that is supposed to help me develop a "toolbox" of basic knowledge so that I don't enter into being an MS unprepared. One of the choices is to find notable people from the state you plan to work in and I am planning on going back to Michigan. But I'm having a lot of trouble finding "notable" Michigan MSs or just librarians in general; I've looked on MAME and tried searching for the key people from there in google to see what would pop up but I'm not finding anything on them. I've also looked for the schools they work for and while I've found their names I haven't found any significant information on them. I've also tried looking for award-winning Michigan librarians with minor success but there has to be a better way than just a shot in the dark approach. Does anyone know of some "notable" Michigan MSs or have any suggestions on how to search for them that would be more effective? Thanks for all your help, Melissa Myers SLIS Graduate Student melissamyers9@gmail.com -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
