It looks like a student's parent is buying tests and coaching the child at home so that he easily gets a perfect score when he comes in. When taking the tests, the child does not read anything but automatically clicks on the answers, apparently from having memorized the sequence at home. From talking with the student it became clear that he was studying the tests at home but the parent has not been confronted about this yet. If you have ever had this happen, hearing your perspective would be helpful.
