Jeff's comment about this Webinar being a milestone encouraged me to watch/listen to it. He's absolutely correct. It takes about an hour, but is well worth the time. I got some great ideas and lots of encouragement to move ahead with a new and invigorated library program! Thanks Jeff for the heads up on this one! This has probably been said quite often already, but it bears repeating: I'm telling you, I am so glad that I finally got around to watching the archived Crisis webinar today; it's really something nobody in this business should miss.
