[LM_NET] Tech: Visual bookmarking

I've been playing around with visual bookmarking services (unblocked by the
filter) to organize websites for my little kids.  I thought I had it figured
out with www.only2clicks.com, but it appears they only allow 10 concurrent
log-ins on a page.  Does anyone have a great service they use for visual
bookmarking? Whatever it is has to handle subdivisions by grade and subject,
and must run in Windows.
