[LM_NET] HIT: Easy cataloging question

Thanks to everyone that replied. 

Original post:
I have a book that is published by Fog City Press, a division of Weldon Owen Inc. 
The marc record I'm copying lists the publisher as Weldon Owen Inc. Is that right? 
I'm thinking it should be Fog City Press. I see that a lot, where there are smaller 
divisions of bigger publishing companies and I'm never sure which one to list.

Answer:

One person said it should be the parent company because that what the ISBN is 
attached to.

Two people said Fog City Press, since that is what's on the title page. (The parent 
company is listed on the verso.)

One person suggested I could add a 260 tag and include both companies.
