I'm in the middle of a big weeding project. My assistant asked me today, "Do you 
want me to cover up this cartload of books on the way to the dumpster?" 

"No! We are doing our jobs and are proud that we are taking the time to make our 
collection more current and relevant to our curriculum and our students' needs and 
interests. If we try to hide it, it looks like we are doing something we 
shouldn't!"
