I'm sure other Movie Licensing users have faced this issue ...

One of our classes has earned a movie reward. We subscribe to Movie
Licensing USA, so we can show anything we want as long as it's from one
of the six studios on the "religious schools" list (Sony, NBC Universal,
Lionsgate, Columbia Tristar, Focus Feature, or Tristar.) Next a small
group of middle school students will select the movie .. and herein lies
the problem. Movie Licensing has a search feature, and it will be
simple enough for kids to type the names of particular movies and find
out if the studio is on our list. Unfortunately, their top choices (Up,
Ice Age, etc.) are not from our authorized studios, and having their
first twenty choices all come up as illegal is going to be discouraging
for them.

I would much rather make it a positive experience by handing them a long
list of movies we ARE authorized to show. However, the only lists I can
find online are from IMDB and the like, listing every single movie ever
produced by Lionsgate, Columbia Tristar, etc over the past century.
Those lists are overwhelmingly long, and most wouldn't be suitable for a
middle school party. Does anyone know of a quick and easy way I can get
a manageable list of appropriate and LEGAL options to the kids by
tomorrow afternoon? "One time license" is not an option for this
occasion.

If the ML database were searchable by production company I would be all
set, but alas ...

Thanks in advance!
