Hello, During extended day in my school, I have been given a group of fourth and fifth graders (so far three girls and one boy, I would like to get another boy to even things out a bit). My AP wants us to have a book club for which all of the children will read the same book(s) and we discuss. These children were selected to be in the same group because they all read on level M/N (guided reading-fountas & pinnell). I'm not so familiar with leveling books, so I'm not sure what to choose. Does anyone have any book suggestions that the children might enjoy? Thank you! -- Debra Truss Library Media Specialist P.S. 230 Doris L.
